      Engaged by a design and construct building company to carry out stage 2 of the development to finalise the design and develop construction drawings. The brief included, design development of 390 square metres of additional office space, amenities and 3,243 square metres of additional factory floor area to facilitate expansion of operations.

      The objective was to create a storage facility maximising a total of 4,245 sq m. of floor area over two levels facilitated by a service lift.
      The proposed materials included pre-finished metal cladding, timber slats oiled finish, feature pre-cast concrete panelling and galvanised steel. The proposed development included secured on site parking and separate ancillary office area comprising of 160 square metres.
  • Hotel – Gateshead

      The concept design gave this existing hotel a faηade upgrade that would give the establishment a timely rejuvenated contemporary architectural identity, including a new secured alfresco area with sail structure for patrons to enjoy a bistro meal, entertainment and a cool beverage on a sunny day.
