With a clear awareness and understanding of local/national building codes, standards and statutory requirements, zias has developed a firm and competent level of construction methodology. A thorough understanding of the design process, meeting brief requirements and subsequent development approval documentation means a streamlined process.
Zias will initiate, develop and document project ideas and designs to achieve the design intent, in required time frames utilising computer aided design (CAD) software.
A fee structure can be submitted for consideration on a project to project basis. Documentation can be carried forward from initial schematic design through to development application, construction certificate and or tender/ Construction level documentation. Liaising with individual clients and sourcing and selecting prime cost (P.C.) items and exterior / interior colour finishes schedules, boards can be included or provided as a separate component.
