East Gosford House Renovation
This contemporary design with a traditional style influence involved the alterations and additions of an existing brick cottage with dual road access, with the outcome encompassing a combination of rendered masonry and traditional light weight cladding board with decorative built elements. The design transformed the existing layout into an open plan kitchen, dining living layout with a tiled covered deck that embraces Brisbane Water views. The house features 4 bedrooms plus lower level over sized double garage with work shop and storage.
