Matcham House
Inspired by the iconic Mid Century Modernist homes of Palm Springs, this coastal acreage exudes sophistication and elegance. With manicured lawns and complete privacy, connection to the land was paramount. The orientation allows for the pool area to be bathed in Northern sun all day and all the living areas and main bedroom take advantage of the spectacular outlook. There was a further addition of a newly created master wing, complete with parents retreat, expansive walk-in his and hers robes, ensuite and a new kitchen and scullery.
